British Virgin Islands Charter

Day 1 ROAD TOWN, TORTOLA
After landing at Beef Island Airport in Tortola, meet  the yacht  five minutes by tender anchored off the end of Beef Island runway.  The yacht will proceed to the gorgeous anchorage of White Bay off Guana Island a short fifteen minute passage away and snorkel at he famous Monkey Point where huge schools of fish and tarpon are to be found. Finish the day with a massage or a spa treatment before settling into a candle lit dinner on the pool deck.

Day 2 NORMAN ISLAND  | 8NM
Depart for Norman Island, which inspired Robert Louis Steven-son’s Treasure Island. En route, explore the Indians, with a reef just begging to be snorkeled. Once anchored in the Bight of Norman Island, take the tender to snorkel the caves. Spend the night at Norman, but don’t anchor too close to the Pirates Bar  or the Wille T floating Bar unless you plan to party all night.

Day 3SPANISH TOWN, VIRGIN GORDA  | 14NM
Cruise past the Peter Island Resort, take a look at Dead Chest Island and then stop to snorkel or dive on the wreck of the mailship Rhone. Finish your day in the marina at Spanish Town on Virgin Gorda. You might want to try the pineapple-papaya scrub, topped by a coconut oil massage, at the luxe Sense spa at nearby Rosewood Little Dix Bay Resort.

Day 4NORTH SOUND  | 8NM
Start your day early with a trip to The Baths, a helter-skelter plot of boulders that create grottos and pools. Move on to the calm waters of North Sound and take the tender to Biras Creek Resort for a sumptuous dinner under the stars whilst watching the myriad of anchored yachts in the sound.

Day 5 ANEGADA | 20NM
Depart early to  anchor off Anegada Reef Hotel- take a ride across the virtually uninhabited island of Anegada to Lobolly Bay . Here you will discover the  caribbeans’ most charming hosts Aubrey and his family who run the Big Bamboo. Loblolly ranks as one of the best beaches in the Caribbean . Snorkel up to the reef and observe where you are guaranteed to see most of the caribbean species of reef fish represented.  After a lazy lunch of the famous Anegada lobster it is de riguer to pass a couple of lazy hours lazing on the pristine sands under a coconut umbrella. Return  to the yacht for a sunset cruise back to Tortola.

Day 6 SOPER’S HOLE | 6NM
Take a short hop to Sandy Cay, once a private Rockefeller island and now a nature preserve with a spectacular beach. After a leisurely lunch, head for Soper’s Hole with its brightly colored waterfront shops..

Day 7 ROAD TOWN TORTOLA | 8NM
Return to Beef Island , where your charter adventure will end,
but a marvellous sense of well-being will linger on…
